Russia's Sputnik V vaccine "time bomb" for human body

Russia's Sputnik-V vaccine against COVID-19 has been getting just too much hype recently, not without major help of Russian media and pro-Russian lobbyists worldwide, including Ukraine. There is a lot of talk been going on about the drug from a variety of angles, ranging from the fact that Russia is in fact unable to ensure production, that it hasn't yet passed all stages of clinical trials, and that its actual efficacy is lower than the claimed one. Besides, the vaccine in development is of extremely low stability, which explains why recipients are strongly advised to refrain from drinking alcohol for 42 days after the shot.

In the context of the factors already mentioned, it's worth noting another one which hasn't gotten much media attention, being a bit more scientifically complicated. Researchers say the vaccine is a dangerous time bomb for human body.

To begin with, it should be reminded that the Russian vaccine belongs to the vector type and consists of two components, introduced in two stages, within a couple of weeks. The primary dose, in simple terms, is about preparing the body for the second injection, which in turn catalyzes the immune response. Similar vaccination schemes are applied in DPT and MMR vaccination.

And now the main thing! It's a known fact that the Russian vaccine uses a gene whose function is to encode the S-protein of the coronavirus integrated into the adenovirus genome. Any pharmacologist will confirm that this is quite an ordinary practice in vaccine manufacture, while this method has a certain drawback, of which I'll tell in a moment, after I dwell more on that tandem vaccination I've already mentioned.

The fact is, in the Russian vaccine, the increased effect of the primary dose at the expense of the second one is due to the use of different strains of adenoviruses, while the S-protein gene is kept unchanged.

After applying the vaccine, official reports say, the titer of antibodies, whose synthesis is the main goal of any vaccine, sees an increase (which is great). Cellular immunity, the share of fats in oil, etc. also show growth (which also seems to be wonderful).

But the thing is that until all stages of clinical trials have been completed, no one has any idea of what the factual antibody titer will be, say, in six months. After all, it's known to decrease sharply after such vaccine stimulation, which in turn could increase the likelihood of infection and cause a larger 3rd, 4th, 5th, and further waves of the epidemic.

Moreover, it was no accident that Russian Vice PM Tatyana Golikova warned of the need to quit drinking alcohol 42 days following vaccination. This indeed could mess with the process of antibody formation, with a host of health side effects coming along.

The main concern is not for how long the vaccine will ensure protection from the coronavirus lasts, since it can't be known at the present stage – it's why Russians use two strains of adenovirus at once, while one is perfectly enough to synthesize antibodies. It's this factor that brings the human immune system into a state of catharsis.

Human immune system literally goes crazy, because for 42 days, roughly speaking, it is attacked by two strains of the virus, to suppress which one type of antibodies would be enough, but the immune system doesn't know this at the time the second dose is introduced, so it simply explodes like a bomb.

Such over-excitation can do serious harm to or even kill people with weaker immunity or serious chronic diseases.

It's for this reason that the Russian vaccine is categorically unsuitable and could become deadly for senior age groups. As for the younger population, whose bodies are able to withstand such an attack of a viral aggressor, there's no guarantee that such vaccination will bring no negative results in the future. It could also be fraught with dire consequences at the genetic level. In particular, there have been multiple reports stating that use of Sputnik V harmed the genitourinary system, impairing renal function.

And this nuance requires some elaboration, too. After all, when they say that the Russian vaccine could affect kidneys, nothing is said about the broader problem.

The Russian vaccine creates an imbalance in the body's biological rhythm, one of the consequences of which is a disruption of the urinary system. As a result, the process of blood filtration is being compromised, as well as the function of adrenal glands, the thyroid gland, gas exchange of the whole organism, the level of acid-base balance, water-salt metabolism, transport function (lipids, enzymes), and heat regulation.

Also, in the process of breakdown of proteins that play the role of construction material, ammonia is released. In large quantities, not only does this element have toxic properties that affect brain cells, spinal cord, liver, spleen, and cardiovascular system; it also contributes to the accumulation of uric acid in the joints, with ensuing negative dynamics, up to deformation, including of the skeleton in general.

Thus, the Sputnik-V vaccine both undermines the human immune system, literally tearing it apart in the shortest possible time, being able to ultimately kill the recipient, as well as disrupts natural processes, breaking the existing balance and laying a major foundation for subsequent diseases, including of the urinary, cardiovascular systems, and joints.
